Returning Items
Our return policy is simple.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund. Our returns centre will be happy to process
an exchange for you, so if there is another item or size that you would prefer over the one you have already received, please include written details with the item you return.
If you prefer, our Customer Service team will be happy to take your replacement order, and you can then have a refund on return for the unwanted item.
Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip and
enclose it in your parcel. This can then be sent to the address below
(you can also find this on the Exchanges/Return form) marked Loserkids.uk.com
Returns. Please note, we recommend that you use recorded delivery or get
a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for lost goods.
Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will credit your credit card and notify you by email of your refund.
Please note the following exceptions to this policy: Refunds or exchanges will NOT be given on jewellery items such as necklaces and sunglasses if they have been
worn or are not in a resalable condition. Refunds or exchanges WILL be given if these items are faulty. Overseas return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability
We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
